GK Tapas isn’t just a restaurant, it’s a local Moonee Ponds favourite and popular Spanish restaurant in Melbourne's inner north, where people come together over food, drinks, and stories. Laura opened the venue with one goal: to bring people together over bold Spanish-inspired dishes, flowing wine, and that welcoming, easygoing hospitality that feels more like home than a traditional restaurant.
